The Law Offices of Howard K. Ross was founded by Howard K. Ross in June 1995. Mr. Ross had been a limited partner with a larger law firm in the Durham area for approximately nine years before establishing his own firm. Mr. Ross has been an attorney for almost thirty years and is duly licensed to practice in both North Carolina and Connecticut.

Mr. Ross is a native of Connecticut and received his Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Administration in May 1982 from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, and his Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree in May 1987 from North Carolina Central University School of Law.
